Orders Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud, and will refund you in full if we do.

Pricing All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. We try to keep pricing accurate, but if an obvious error occurs we will contact you before dispatch.

Products We aim to display our products accurately, though slight variation in colour and appearance can occur between screens and the finished item. Personalisation is produced from the details you provide, so please check them carefully.

Your statutory rights Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
