Shipping policy

At Luxton London, every order is packed with care and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Order processing Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Personalised and monogrammed items require an additional 3-5 business days, as each is made to order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times Estimated delivery to the United Kingdom is 7 to 12 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, and busy periods.

Shipping cost Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. [Orders over £150 qualify for free UK delivery.

Where we ship We currently ship to the United Kingdom. If your address is outside this area, please contact us before ordering.

Tracking Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at info@luxtonlondon.com and we will help straight away.

Delays and lost parcels If a parcel is delayed, lost, or shows no movement, get in touch. We will investigate with the carrier and put it right. We do not consider an order lost until 20 business days after dispatch, in line with carrier policy.
